Osborn House is a discreet boutique hotel hidden in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. Located in the small town of Bundanoon, the 5-star hotel is situated inside a heritage house from 1892, surrounded by greeneries and rolling hills.

The Design

With the help of Linda Boronkay, a former SOHO House design director, the hotel has transformed the historic house into a luxurious retreat. It is somewhat reminiscent of an English countryside member’s house, with heavy Victorian influence being shown across the interior. You will find white walls and timber floors being complemented by vintage furnishing and quirky antique objects. The design strikes the perfect balance between old-world charm and contemporary chic.
The Rooms

Osborn House presents 22 beautifully appointed guest rooms. They come in a plethora of options, including cabins, suites, and terraces. The suites are more lavish, while the cabins are terraces are more cozy and offer direct access to the outdoors. Much like the open areas, they feature a vintage-inspired design with elegant bespoke furnishing.

You will find everything from vintage rugs to velvet sofas and marble coffee tables. The rooms are also equipped with luxury king bedding, a TV, LaGaia toiletries, a minibar, coffee & tea facilities, free internet access, and more. Some rooms also feature a beautiful bathtub.
Amenities & Dining

A notable highlight of Osborn House is none other than its spa, which offers multiple rejuvenating treatments, including its signature Akwaterra massage. Besides, guests of the spa will also have access to a lap pool, sauna, and steam room.
Osborn House also features two restaurants on-site. George’s is an al-fresco restaurant with a casual menu made from seasonal local produce. On the other hand, Dinah’s is a more formal dining venue with a refined take on traditional rustic recipes (open for dinner only). The hotel also hosts an occasional Fire Feast, where you get to experience traditional South American live fire cooking, led by in-house Argentinian chefs.
